1. List your order and contact the sales Correspondingly(For example, an Italian customer should find a sales manager of European Market).

2. A Proforma Invoice will be sent once we get your order list.

3. Proceed your payment after you get the invoice, and send us the bank slip, we will start production.

4. Usually in 7-10 working days we will ship out the cargo and send you the tracking number.

Usually we have no minimum order quantity for the sample orders. From the second order, we suggest you buy at least one carton. 

2. Payment Terms

T/T, Paypal, West Union and L/C for option.

a. T/T: Transfer to Focusmart bank account

b. Paypal: The payer should bear 4% bank charge.

c. West Union: Limit for 5000$ per day.

d. By L/C(Letter of Credit): the order amount should be more than USD50,000.00

3. Leading time

7-10 working days for formal orders, 1-3 working days for sample orders
